نقش سلامت عمومی در رخداد خطاهای پرستاری در بین پرستاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1391

خلاصه مقدمه : کاهش سلامتی نه تنها باعث ایجاد مشکل برای پرستاران میگردد، بلکه از طریق تحت تأثیر قرار دادن خدمات ارائه شده توسط آنها، بر سلامتی جامعه نیز اثر خواهد داشت . مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش سلامت عمومی در رخداد خطاهای پرستاری در بین پرستاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1391 انجام شد . مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی است که بر روی 522 پرستار شاغل به روش سرشماری انجام شد. جهت جمع‌آوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سلامت عمومی (General Health Questionnaire -28) و خطاهای پرستاری استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک و آزمون تی و کای اسکوئر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد بین سلامت عمومی و جنس (026/0 = p ) و تعداد شبکاری (021/0 p= ) ارتباط معنیداری وجود دارد. پرستارانی که سلامت عمومی نامطلوب دارند سه برابر بیشتر دچار خطاهای پرستاری میشوند ( 000/0 p= ) میزان خطاهای شغلی در زنان بیشتر از مردان بود (003/0 p= ) بین تعداد شبکاری (023/0 p= )، داشتن فرزند زیر یک سال (050/0 p= ) و خطای پرستاری ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت. نتیجهگیری: افزایش خطاهای پرستاری در حیطه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به صورت کاهش ایمنی در کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار شناخته میشود. توجه به عوامل فردی و شغلی مانند : سن، جنس، وضعیت تأهل و تعداد شبکاری در تنظیم شیفت‌های کاری به بهبود سلامت عمومی پرستاران و کاهش خطاهای پرستاری و ارتقاء خدمات ارائه شده به بیماران منجر می شود .
